Just boot the debian installer (preferably sid daily builds) and go upto the
partman step, go to partition 2, and launch parted.

Also, d-i can either be booted from cdrom or netbooted, so it is rather easy
to use, i believe there is even a USB key boot method, altough i never tested
it.
