Quick summary, 'cause I gotta run.

I reworked the code so that it's behaving as it should (like it prints
stuff when you ask it to, not upon initialization).  Programming it in
C++ has isolated most of the ugliness away.

Tommorow, I'll get the snmpwalk working, and hopefully I should have
be able to do what I did last week, but this time using API calls in
C++, instead of shelling out from perl.  That means from here's I'll
be able to collect data from more systems than just one, and start
getting good MAC address to IP address mapping.
