I've committed my changes from the last little bit.

The big thing is that the idl definition is now in a shared spot, and
that the snmpwalk in the scope section uses this to populate merln.
And it works.  Tested and everything. =)

With this now I will get on the docbook generator.  I can already get
a list of all the registered hosts so now it's just pulling from the
data in there for some documentation.

A week and a bit ago I uploaded to debian 'libbatik-java', which
allows libfop to do it's job and convert docbook (using docbook
stylesheets) to pdf.  However, docbook-xsl-stylesheets still needs to
be updated to 1.51.  I didn't want to NMU, but if the maintainer is
going to sleep through an update that's quite old I might have to.  In
the meantime, if you need that package lemme know.
