RCS bug |

Hi,
I have downloaded the rcs57pc1.zip and others to
install RCS on my Windows system.
I find RCS very good. But I have two problem.
I don't be sure that are bugs, but I report them.
The first is the check in date. I have readed
that in RCS date are GMT. I live in the GMT+01
and I have set TZ=GMT+01. The problem is that
the date in RCS file are newer rather that old
respect to local time. If the local time is 8:00am
then the RCS file contains 9:00am rather that 7:00am.
The second is a problem with text. Two time was the
text corrupt. After a check in a substring
was left. I don't know if it is a bug of diff
or other RCS file. I discover this because
checked in file will not be compiled again.
Thanks.
Bye.
