Just heard about the new release.  That's great.

But now RCS is officially maintained in Git?  What's the world come too?

An RCS user will not want to work with the git repository sources.
They'd prefer to not work on the sources since they're still in RCS
and only in the maintainer's possession and therefore not available to
be worked on.  The new management is out of touch with the needs and
wishes of the RCS community.  The end is near.
