The GCS says that the manual should serve as both a reference AND a tutorial
http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/html_node/GNU-Manuals.html#GNU-Manuals
So I infer that to mean that explicitly labeling a section as "Tutorial" is
not appropriate, since it is also a reference.
I think that the indication in the GCS refers to the whole manual, not
single chapters. But I also agree in that the best solution would be
chapters providing both kind of information at the same time.
Changing the sectioning is relatively easy, so I suggest that we get the new
material into the repo and then worry about the details of its structure.
Ok. Can you send me an updated patch? I will apply it.
