[bug-recutils] rectutils 1.5 Ubuntu 10.04: runs after compilation but not after inst

Hi

This seems a bizarre problem:

I downloaded, configured and compiled rectutils-1.5 successfully on
Ubuntu 10.04 (I had some problems with version 1.7)

I run the example found in
https://www.gnu.org/software/recutils/manual/recutils.html#A-Little-Example

Via

utils/recsel -e "Location = 'loaned'" -P Title book.rec

However after installation

recsel -e "Location = 'loaned'" -P Title book.rec

Returned

recsel: error while loading shared libraries: librec.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

Any suggestions?
