[bug-sourceinstall] unknown configure error

Hi!

I wanted to give a try to sourceinstall, and i stuck on the following
problem.
System: Debian Woody/Sarge mixture
tcl: 8.4


One thing is i have NO tcl command (maybe i missed something in the tcl
installation in Debian?) only tclsh.

Please be so kind to help me with this problem.

The configure produces the following:
