Details:

The release is called sourceinstall-fullpack, and will probably come out
together with sourceinstall 0.4. So there will be two
equivalent sourceinstall-0.4 releases, where one is the "normal" release in
tarball form, and the other is the "fullpack" release in  both tarball and
self-extracting and executing shar archive format.

The fullpack version will contain source packages of tcl/tk 8.4 and expect
5.43, that will be automatically built if needed, and installed in GNU Source
Installer itself.
