Details:

Sometimes the new Makefile test fails to detect a perfectly conforming build
system, when the DESTDIR variable is buried in Makefiles in subdirectories.

This is a patch that fixes the issue.

Apply instructions:

$ cd src
$ patch sourceinstall.tcl.in < PATCH_FILENAME.udiff

then you can say (make && make install)
