[bug-sourceinstall] Second test release of Source Installer 2 available

This is to announce the availability, on

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/sourceinstall

of the second test release of the new Source Installer 2 .

It contains a lot of fixes, and a new powerful upgrade action, to cleanly
manage source package upgrades.

To try it, build and install libsrcinst-2.0-rc2.tar.gz first,
then choose the command line client or the gtk front end.

sourceinstall-2.0-rc2.tar.gz is the command line front end,
sourceinstall-gtk-2.0-rc2.tar.gz is the GTK front end.
