gnu coding std suggestion

1. typo: Sec 4.6 5th paragraph last sentence: inokving should be invoking

2. Sec 2.3 last paragraph line 2: ...  "win" is a form ...  the double-quote 
is not "normal".  Line 4:  "windows" should be "Windows"?

3. Sec 5.1 second paragraph:  Thus, the proper format is this: ... or, if 
you want to use Standard C syntax, format the definition like this: ...   
I'd suggest put the Std C format before the pre-Std C format.  Otherwise it 
would give the impression that the pre-std C format is more "proper" than 
Std C.

4. Sec 6.1 5th paragraph from last:  ... The GNU Texinfo *M*anual
