[Bug-stow] Support "--" for terminating command line arguments

User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Thunderbird/52.3.0

I'm running: stow (GNU Stow) version 2.2.2

Could stow support "--" to indicate the end of command line arguments?

Eg:
$ ls -- -l
ls: cannot access '-l': No such file or directory

Without this, it is impossible to stow a package with a name like
"--version".

It's more generally useful to ensure script robustness.
