[Bug-tar] Documentation error with tar 1.13.93

Hello,

in the info documentation, in the node 'incremental and
listed-incremental' there is the following sentence:

`tar' doesn't access SNAPSHOT-FILE when `--create' (`-c') or
`--list' (`-t') are specified, but the
`--listed-incremental=SNAPSHOT-FILE' (`-g SNAPSHOT-FILE') option must
still be given.


Here, '--create' must be replaced by '--extract'!!
