Commands are --execute and --feedback, no short options.
I also tried to use obstacks. As I've never used them before, I might
have made some mistakes, but it seems to work so far. There are still
static variables env and env_stack because I tried to avoid copying the
environment for every extracted file. I'll change this, if you don't
like it.
