[Bug-tar] errors with some paths/filenames in null-separated file-list

Hi,

I could not clear determinate, what is the cause for "file not found
errors" with some filenames in null-separated file-list, but you'll find
it :-)

all problematic filenames/paths includes newlines, but newline only is
not the cause.


TEST (look attachment):

1. tar xjf tar_bug.tar.bz2 
2. find tar_bug -print0 > f.lst
3. tar cf test.tar --null --files-from ./f.lst 

creating archive produce errors...
