[Bug-tar] gtar bug --listed_incremental

Hello,

after upgrading gtar (gtar port in freebsd, upg 1.14 > 1.15) will 
feature: --listed_incremental lost his functionality:

zaloha:/backup# gtar --create --gzip --verbose --file 
/backup/test.tar.gz /mnt/w2k01-f/All* 
--listed-incremental=/backup/test.incremental_file
gtar: Removing leading `/' from member names
