[Bug-tar] tar bug - crash while verifying a creation of an archive

This happened during the verify phase of this command:

tar --create --verbose --totals --verify 
--file=c:/StaabFamilyDocs.Backup.tar "TheStaabFamily Documents"

while verifing a very large mpg file:

following up with:
tar --verify --list --file=StaabFamilyDocs.Backup.tar
worked fine.

The offending .tar file is:
02/09/2005  10:57 PM    22,029,701,120 StaabFamilyDocs.Backup.tar

I will hold onto this for awhile - reply if you want me to make the tar file 
available to you.
