[Bug-tar] Problem with Win32tar and lnk-files

Hi,

I'm using Win32tar Version 1.13-1.

When I create an tar-archiv with Windows-lnk-Files

and the lnk-Files shows to unreachable Files

(because the Files are from other users)

an Windows-error-Message-Window is shown

an I must press an ok-button to resume

the tar-actions. Is this a bug ?
