Greetings,
I'm writing a parser on TAR format, but I am confused by the GNU extensions.
I've got a longlink in tar, which has some filename as data. The
following block, however, is not marked as link, it is containing data.
I thought that he next should be marked as symlink then?
Is there any in-depth documentation of these extensions, and if so,
where? Googling gave me broad description of how tar works, POSIX tar
format, tar advanced usage, copy of tar.h from gnu tar, but... no
documentation on this topic.
Thanks in advance.
