[Bug-tar] gettext 0.15 rejects latest traditional Chinese translation for GNU tar

The recently-released GNU gettext 0.15 rejects the latest traditional
Chinese translation for GNU tar
<http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/teams/PO/zh_TW/tar-1.15.91.zh_TW.po>
as follows:

   $ msgfmt -c --statistics -o zh_TW.gmo zh_TW.po
   zh_TW.po:106: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr[0]' 
does not match
   zh_TW.po:124: number of format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr[0]' 
does not match
   msgfmt: found 2 fatal errors

I've worked around this problem temporarily by removing the
traditional Chinese translation from GNU tar as part of its bootstrap
procedure.

Can you please fix this and send email to address@hidden when the fix
has propagated to www.iro.umontreal.ca?  Then we can reenable the
distribution of the traditional Chinese translation as part of GNU
tar.  Thanks.
