[Bug-tar] tar temporary file

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for managing the mail list. I was using tar in Windows XP to extract 
from a big file. The hard disk is nearly full and I terminated tar by 
pressing ctrl+c. Unfortunately, I can't find the temporary file tar created. 
If possible, could you please tell me where I can find the temporary file and 
deleted so that I can use the hard disk space.
