Thanks for replying.
As per the solution given by you , I have used --ignore-zeros command line option, but still Im getting following errors: -

gtar: Skipping to next header
gtar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
******************************************************************************************

Can you please tell me the cause & solution for this.
