Hallo, I found a bug in the tar 1.13 for Windows. If I use switch -T 
or --files-from and lines in list file are terminated by 0x0a, 0x0d then tar 
fail. But this line terminator is standard for DOS and Windows.

Maybe will be better to accept all types of line terminator (Win/DOS, Unix, Mac) 
to allow a filelists portable.
