@table inside @display: giving better error message

Hi Karl and all,
  I've just noticed that @table doesn't work inside @display with
current texinfo.tex.

As I don't think it's worth it to patch it, I just implemented
a check: if @table appears inside an environment with active newline
(\obeylines), give the error message and ignore the whole @table.

I attach the patch and an example file.  Perhaps the manual could
mention this (near the @display env?).

Is this solution OK?
