Hello Karl,

my previous patch about BUILT_SOURCES in info/Makefile.am had some
problems.  I beleive this time I have a better solution.
Please don't waste time with the previous one.

I submit two versions, one which distributes the three source files,
one which doesn't.  I beleive they shouldn't be distributed, but it's
up to you to decide.

(The patches are not tested too much and the changelog entries may
contain some bugs.  I'm going off line for a few days and would like
to get this off my head.  Hope this will do it anyway.)
