A couple of suggestions for printing

I have had some trouble printing the documentation for libtool. I'm
running Fedora Core 3; the version of libtool is 1.5.6, the RPM is
libtool-1.5.6-4.FC3.2 The version of texinfo.tex included in the
package is 2003-12-07.11

Suggestions:

(1) If there is some way to have TeX return an error only for overfull
boxes and not for underfull boxes, you should use it in the Makefile.
Overfull boxes produce an ugly blot at the right hand side of the page,
where all of the letters that don't fit into the box accumulate;
underfull boxes are mildly unaesthetic. Currently libtool.ps won't
build out of the Makefile, because building libtool.dvi returns an
error.

I am about to submit a patche for the overfull boxes to the libtool
group.

(2) The commands @letterpaper, @afourpaper, @<etc> should produce a
command of the form:
\special{papersize=11in,8.5in}
for U.S. letter paper, etc., as specified in the Kpathsea documentation
(which has to be on the first page of output). Otherwise, the paper
will be the wrong size. It's a little tricky to find out that the
reason for funny printing is that output is for A4 size paper, and that
the reason why this is happening is that dvips defaults to A4 size paper
(as it does on my system).
