Thank you very much for the patch!  The scrolling for CursorUp and 
CursorDown is now much less frustrating.

The change doesn't seem fully correct, though, yet.  For example in 
`info tar`, with CursorDown it scrolls off the intro page to the 
last line of the Synopsis node instead of the first line.

Or on `info info`, the first CursorDown off the intro page goes to 
the first line of the Getting Started node, but then a CursorUp and 
CursorDown leaves you with only the last line of that node.

When that is fixed, a slight improvement of the CursorDown behaviour 
might be to act as if there were three blank lines at the end of 
each node by default, to make the jump to the next node a little 
less sudden.

But so far, this looks promising.  :)
