Yes, that lowercase s should be a capital S (and the comma shouldn't
have been deleted).  However, the manual source doesn't have the
incorrect text (and never has, that I recall).  I surmise the Info
reader you're using is manipulating the text somehow.  FWIW, here's how
it looks in the manual source (texinfo.txi):
