Hello,

in the attached testcase, using texi2pdf, half of the '&' (used to indicate that arguments are passed by reference in C++) appear bold and half appear normal. I tried protecting the & as @&, but it breaks the info and html outputs. I could use only the "type" versions with {} as the return type, but it leaves an extra leading space in info format.

What is the official way to get a proper '&' in texinfo?
