[bug-unrtf] Braces disappear; unrtf 0.19.2

Hello,

I've just subscribed to this list. As mentioned, I'm using unrtf 0.19.2. I've
attached a file where the braces disappear when translating with unrtf. 
I run
% unrtf $file | w3m -T text/html
The missing braces are fatal, because that's Java source code.
Has there been a fix or is this a new bug to file?
