[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] vcd and philips dvd player

I found the problem with fast forward, rev on the philips dvd player.
It has to do with it need a seq header before every GOP header. I have
modify the tools on sourceforge mjpeg to do this.

I then try vcdimager to build a vcd2. This vcd played find. It fast
forward. The it did not display anything in the time leds. I then 
try building the vcd image with mkvcdfs for lavtools and that made 
the time display work.

I am attach vcdrip of the two cds.


I am not sure why the time display off. Any ideas as to what to try
to get it to display the time on.
