Hello:
I've been using vcdimager version 0.4 win32 to make my VCD's and playing them in my PHILIPS DVD950 dvd player.
Everything works just fine. Even the track and time info (don't know the technical name) shows up on my DVD PLAYER display .
vcdimager 0.4 it's the only software that makes images which make the PHILIPS DVD player use the display in VCD mode.
Besides those just the original VCD's made by philips (probably are the ones that are made 100% compliant with the standard).
When using version 0.5.9 (alpha 1 2 and 3) win32, the display just doesn't work anymore.
I've used the same mpeg files to compare the images made with 0.4 and 0.5.9.
It's certanly a bug of 0.5.9 !
