Subject: | [VCDImager Bugs/Devel] 99 min blank discs |

Hi
I don't know if this is a bug or if it was meant to
happen.
I recently purchased some 99 min blank cd's. SInce
these discs are new not many burning programs support them yet. One of the
programs that do are CDRWin which works very well. Unfortunatley it will not
write an mpeg file directly to a disc. It must first be converted to a bin file,
so naturally I use your handy little program. I tried to convert an mpeg
file which was about 1003 mb to a bin file. Unfortunatly it came up with an
error ( sorry I don't remember what it said but if you need to know I can run
the program again and find out ). Is there a way around this...
I am guessing that the program was never
intended to really need to convert a file that large since most blank cd's will
only go to about 84 min maximum.
When burning a VCD the program Cdrwin keeps burning
untill it stops by running out of disc space. Hence why I want the file so
large. If it can be converted to bin format the writer will put the maximum
amount of the movie on the discs, perhaps only missing a little of the credits
at the end.
SOrry to ramble on but if you could help, I would
appreciate it .
Thanks
Craig
