[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] Serious bug with large SVCDs

Hi!

I have a mpeg2 that is NTSC , 2:3 Pulldown 100% SVCD compliant encoded in
TMPGEnc 12f.

the file is 797 MB (maximum for a 80min cd should be 798) but when I input
this file to vcdimager using the following line.

vcdimager ctp-tp1.mpg -t svcd -c test1.cue -b test1.bin

the resulting binfile is 960 091 104 bytes that is 915MB !

I tested this in both vcdimager  0.6.2 and 0.7.5 both behave excatly the
same.

I even tested with 3 diffrents mpg all with the size of 797MB and the result
was the same.
