you may consider using the "relaxed aps" option (see the manual)
you may also use vcdxminfo to dump all APS locations, if you get only very
few, it's a good sign for needing the relaxed APS...

_but_, having to use the relaxed APS setting is a sign, that your MPEG
stream is not compliant, and may cause problems, especially when using
entry points als entry points :-)
