Following a suggestion from Herbert, I've tried to generate a SVCD
with minimal PBC using vcdxgen and vcdxbuild, and the result played
back fine in WinDVD -- no more screwed chapter list, no crashing on
seek.
Thanks for the advice, and may I suggest adding a hint to this
wonderful "feature" of WinDVD into the FAQ? :)
