[VCDImager Bugs/Devel] 0.6.2: Discs are unknown to Scott-838

VCDImager:      0.6.2 stable

Hello,

my Scott-838 Player cannot identify the VCD2 and VCD11 format as video
cd, it reports a MP3 Disc and shows coloured flickering blocks like a
crashed C64. The used MP3 Stream was converted with VCDGear, brings up
a clear VCD2 when burned with Nero. This looks like a bug in the
identifier or directory structure in VDCImager.
