My name is Timothy Velasquez. I recently made
an online purchase of the DVD Copy Pro Software. I was attempting to
use the software when I encountered a problem. Well first off let me tell
you that I am an avid computer user and understand software of this kind very
well. I was following the e-manual and got about 3/4 of the entire way of
copying a dvd. I was attempting to use the VCD Imager Software when the
problem was encountered. I had followed all previous steps and had
correctly completed each task until this point, the point where the .mpg file is
now converted to a vcd file. This task is achieved by the use of the
recommended VCD Imager Software. I have attached screenshots of this
incident and hope to receive all the help in this that I can. Please reply
