Eventually, yes. I believe someone had volunteered to start work on such
a thing; I don't know how far that got. But, I think you actually mean
ftps: sftp is an entirely different protocol, and will actually
represent significantly more work than ftps would mean, I believe.
Adding a new protocol means we probably need to refactor wget first, as
there is a lot of duplicated logic between the current HTTP and FTP
support modules.
