Not me. Particularly since I'm familiar with too many cases in
development communities where gender discrimination proved to remain a
sufficient problem as to often compel female contributors to hide their
gender. I'm fairly sure there are other reasonable reasons to hide ones
full identity, and for my part, I don't care one whit who contributes,
only what is contributed.

That being said, FSF-owned software projects (such as GNU Wget) are
required to obtain copyright assignment paperwork from all contributors
of significant amounts of code (more than about 15 lines of code), so at
the very least, the maintainer, and the FSF, will need to know
contributors' identities before accepting code. Beyond that, I can't say
I personally care to know anyone's identity if they choose to withhold it.
