[Bug-wget] [bug-wget] Please upgrade gnulib version

Hello,

Git recently updated to v1.9.0. This version changes a few things such that
certain gnulib scripts broke. As a result, those running the latest version
of git are unable to compile wget from the git sources.

The problem was reported upstream to gnulib and the relevant fix has been
applied to the scripts.

Giuseppe, could you please update the gnulib submodule in the repositories?
