[Bug-wget] filename scrolling during download

I recently upgraded to wget 1.16-1b1 (tanglu)

One cool thing I noticed is that it scrolls long names as it downloads. 

However, I think it would be better if it scrolled in a different 
pattern. I suggest you scroll left-to-right, pause a bit at the end, 
scroll right-to-left, pause a bit at the beginning, and repeat. The way 
it is now, scroll left-to-right then immediately jump back to the 
beginning, it is hard to appreciate the whole file name.
