Originally, I was running this version (for windows.)

syswgetrc = C:\Program Files (x86)\GnuWin32/etc/wgetrc
*GNU Wget 1.11.4*
Last night I tried this version as well.
PS C:\users\user\desktop\chivetest2> ./wget3 -V
*GNU Wget 1.16.3 built on mingw32*.
+digest +https +ipv6 +iri +large-file -nls +ntlm +opie -psl +ssl/openssl
Wgetrc:
/usr/local/etc/wgetrc (system)
