Summary: Xnee 'configure' doesn't respect CFLAGS setting

Original Submission: If I configure Xnee e.g. with:

  CFLAGS="-O2 -Wall" ./configure

The given compiler options are not used by Xnee when it compiles the source
code.

(-Wall use is a good idea in general and AFAIK without optimization gcc doesn't
do full code analysis.)

Will look at it asap. Sorry about the delayed answer.

Yes, it is a good idea to use -Wall. We hace a special makefile for that,
Makefile.devel

Yes, we will fix this problem. No not now! We are busy splitting Xnee into
cnee, libxnee and gnee. After that we will deal with this one!
