[Bug-xnee] cnee --first-last

Hi,

I tried to do the --first-last option by myself, by deleting lines beginning by 
"0,6" if there was another "0,6" line afterwards.
But actually it doesn't work that much: the synchro doesn't work. It is just 
playing events without waiting.
I have to finish my project in 5 days. Would the next version be released by 
this time, or can I get the trick to make "--first-last" work, please?
