[Bug-xorriso] mkisofs emulation

I have encountered an issue with mkisofs emulation. I'm not sure whether 
it's the only one, but I'd like to let you know anyway.

If -boot-load-size is not specified, then xorriso assumes it to be four 
512-byte sectors, and not the whole boot file as mkisofs assumes.

It would be nice if you could take care of such issues.
