[Bug-xorriso] Bug Report: Misconfigured RPM Spec

Hi,

My team at Facebook hit a bug recently when upgrading the version of xorriso in use; it appears that the spec does not explicitly define a dependency on either

https://centos.pkgs.org/7/epel-x86_64/libisofs1-1.4.8-1.el7.x86_64.rpm.html

https://centos.pkgs.org/7/epel-x86_64/libburn1-1.4.8-1.el7.x86_64.rpm.html


These two packages seem to define the libraries needed by the host xorriso package, going by:

https://centos.pkgs.org/7/epel-x86_64/xorriso-1.4.8-1.el7.x86_64.rpm.html


We at Facebook worked around this issue by explicitly installing the newest libisofs1 and libburn1 packages, but we want to give y'all a heads up about this.
