ripd calls vty_serv_sock with the port number directly allowing you to
configure ripd such that it has no port (i.e. port number = 0), which is
quite useful.
Unfortunately ospfd checks to see if the port number is zero and if so uses
the default port, it would be useful if ospfd did not have the check.
