zebra's bug?

Dear Sirs! 
 
 Not long time ago I installed zebra on my linuxbox. 
 Kernel 2.4.18.  I'm using bgpd & zebra.
 Now I can see that bgpd is not stable. My kernel already 
shutdown in panic mode two times. It's not good.
 So, can you help me? Zebra required some kernel-specific config?
 soft-reconfiguration we do not use.
 already cofngured two bgp neighbors. All works fine, but 
 (can i repeat?) kernel was in panic mode two times. 


 Before installation of zebra's soft my linuxbox was more then 
 1 year in uptime. I think that bgpd DoS kernel. 

 Can you tell me something?
